It started with my wife’s piano studio.
Scheduling, invoices, and parent messages were scattered across spreadsheets, calendars, and texts. I started building a better way to keep it all together.

I led improvements to discovery, navigation, and registration for investors and shareholders researching private companies.
SANTAN SOLAR / COMMERCE
I led the first online purchasing experience for new and used solar equipment, including freight pricing and fulfillment for oversized panels.

Owned the acquisition journey for small business financing. Improvements to content discovery increased organic leads 11%.
Taught consumer insights, user behavior, conversion optimization, search, and digital growth strategy.
Brought the website in-house and separated merchant and shopper journeys, creating a clearer path to onboarding and support.
Led the move from phone sales to ecommerce. Online sales grew to more than $10 million and 60% of company revenue.
03 / A LITTLE ABOUT ME
I’m at my best when the problem is messy, the path isn’t obvious, and there’s something worth figuring out.
My work connects customer behavior, business performance, technical constraints, risk, and operations. I bring those perspectives together to define a direction and help a team move forward.
I also like getting close to the work: prototyping in code, exploring the data, and building products of my own. Nova started with a problem at home.
